Scanning your browser for exposed information...
This shows what ANY website can see about you
Every website you visit collects dozens of signals about your browser and device passively. No permission prompt, no cookie banner, no way to see it happening. Combined, these signals form a "fingerprint" that's usually unique among millions of visitors. The EFF's Cover Your Tracks project puts most browsers at one-in-hundreds-of-thousands uniqueness — meaning you can be identified and tracked across sites with no cookies at all.
Fingerprinting works in private/incognito mode. It works behind VPNs and Tor exit nodes. Clearing cookies doesn't help because the fingerprint comes from your hardware and configuration, not stored data. Real defences require browsers that actively randomise or lie about these signals — Tor Browser, Brave's shields, Firefox's privacy.resistFingerprinting.
This page runs entirely in your browser. Nothing below is sent anywhere. Your public IP is the exception: any server you connect to sees it by virtue of how HTTP works, and no client-side code can prevent that.
